Depending on the project, I may request an advance payment before starting work. Any remaining payments, milestones, recurring fees or additional costs will be communicated as part of the project agreement.
Fees paid to third-party services such as advertising platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, premium plugins, software or other tools are separate unless specifically included in the agreed quotation.
5. Project Changes and Additional Work
The agreed price covers the work included in the original project scope.
If a client requests additional services, major revisions or work outside the agreed scope, this may require additional time and charges. I will discuss this with the client before proceeding with significant additional work.
6. Results and Performance
Digital marketing results can be affected by many factors outside my control.
For example, SEO performance can be influenced by search engine updates, competitors, website changes and market conditions. Advertising results can vary depending on budget, competition, audience, offer and platform changes.
I therefore do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic numbers, leads, sales, revenue or advertising results unless something specific has been agreed separately in writing.
My goal is to provide professional work based on research, experience, available data and accepted digital marketing practices.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, content, approvals and other materials required to complete their project.
Delays in receiving these items may affect the project timeline.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that materials they provide, including images, logos, text, videos and other content, can legally be used for the project.
8. Third-Party Platforms
My work may involve third-party services such as Google, Meta, WordPress, hosting companies, analytics platforms and other marketing or website tools.
I do not control these third-party platforms and cannot be responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy changes, algorithm updates, price changes or other decisions made by them.
